Our return policy is 7 days after receipt of the product by the client for the situation of repentance (right of repentance) and 30 days in case of exchange. After the informed periods of the purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
In order to make a return, the product may not have been used and must be in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

You can only request the refund of products with normal price. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request reimbursement for goods on offer.
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. The payment of freight will be the responsibility of THE CLONE & CO. TRADE AND DIGITAL SERVICES LTD by means of reverse logistics in the post offices.
